Pang Xunqin likes Fine Art in her childhood. He studied in Shang Hai Fudan University from 1921 to 1924. And then he went to Paris of France from 1925 to 1930. He successively painted at Academie JULLIAN and Montpamass La Grand Chamiere, and went abroad Germany for interview. In 1932, He arranged the first modern Oil Painting Art Association-“Jue Lan Society” in Shang Hai, issued famous Proclaim of Jue Lan Society, and held one exhibition per four years continuously. After 1936 he became a professor of Bei Ping National Art School and a researcher of Central Exposition and a professor of Art School and Art Department of Central University of Si Chuan Province. In 1939 she was the first painter who described folk habitude. In 1940 he designed four books titled Chinese Pattern Collection and Industry Art Design. In the following six years, he almost held his solo exhibition per year. Subsequently he acted as a professor of Guang Dong Art School, a director of Painting Department, and so on. When new academy was established, he was animadverted as the Righty and saved in 1979. His research titled Chinese Pattern of Decoration is spread out for a long time.
